2. Friday is an administrative day for RSU social work staff;

2. Social Security cards and birth certificates for all household members,
3. Proof of total household income (must be up-to-date-w/in last 30 days).
4. Documentation of emergency (from L & I, PDPH, Red Cross, Sheriff's office, Landlord Tenant Court, etc.)

Emergency Shelter Assistance Program - provides a one-time grant to prevent eviction, assist with security deposits and temporary shelter payments. Amounts vary. Income guidelines apply. Philadelphia Housing Authority (PHA) conventional public housing/scattered sites - rental opportunities for low-income residents. PHA-owned properties are located throughout the city. Housing Choice Voucher Program (formerly Section 8) provides rental opportunities (houses or apartments) for low-income residents in privately owned units throughout the city. Rent is subsidized to private landlords.
