How can I receive emergency shelter or shelter information?
Shelters are available at several locations throughout the city. Please see criteria for entry below.

Special Notes (if applicable):   Persons or families must go though the central intake center for placement in the homeless housing system FIRST at The Emergency Response contact listed below.
 
Instructions for the 311 agent:
 
   Advise Customer-
       No appointment necessary but must bring:
 
1. Picture identification for all adults
2. Social Security cards for all household members
3. Proof of household income.
