What time are visiting hours at the prisons?

Visiting hours are as follows:

Curran-Fromhold Correctional Facility (CFCF) Visits are permitted from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Monday through Friday.  All visitors must sign in by 7:30 p.m.  Inmates must obtain unit manager's approval for clothing exchanges at least three days in advance.  Cashier hours are from 9 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.  For more information, call (215) 685-7843.

Detention Center 8201 State Road, Philadelphia, PA  19136 Visits are permitted from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday; all visitors must sign in by 4:30 p.m.  Clothing exchanges may be made before 1:30 p.m. when inmates obtain captain's approval three days in advance.  The cashier is open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Call (215) 685-8436 for further information.

House of Correction Visits are permitted from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Visitors must sign in by 3:30 p.m.  Cashier hours are from 9 a.m. to 12 noon and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Clothing exchanges must be made before 4:30 p.m.  For more information, call (215) 685-8217.

Riverside Correctional Facility Visits are permitted Monday through Friday, from 10:00am to 6:00pm.  All potential visitors must sign-in/register to visit by 5:00pm. Cashier operating hours are 10:00am to 2:00pm - Monday through Friday. Clothing exchanges are permissible,  but requests for the exchange must be submitted 3 days before the regular visiting day (regular day visit is denoted by the first initial of the inmate's last name) for approval.  For more information, call (215) 685 – 8143.
 
Philadelphia Industrial Correctional Center (PICC) Visits with adult inmates are permitted from 9:15 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday.  Visits with juvenile inmates are permitted from 3:00pm to 6:00pm Monday through Friday.  Visitors must sign in by 4:45 p.m.  Clothing exchanges must be pre-approved by the unit manager.  The PICC cashier is open weekdays from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon and from 12:30pm to 2:00 p.m.  For more information, call (215) 685-7100.
 
Alternative & Special Detention Facilities Inmates must obtain prior approval for clothing exchanges. Approved exchanges will be accepted only during visiting hours.  For more information, call (215) 685-8309.

Central Unit, Modular III & Cannery Visits are held at the House of Correction, 8001 State Road, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.  Visitors must sign in by 1:30 p.m.  For more information, call (215) 685-8309.

Cambria Community Center
Visits are held at the Cambria Community Center, 2815 North 17th Street, on weekends from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Visitors must sign in by 1:30 p.m.  For more information, call (215) 685-9536

University Avenue Facility
Visits are held at 600 University Avenue from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday and Sunday.  For more information, call (215) 685-7371.
